EDIT [21/3/25 23:17 GMT -5] Over 2hrs late, fuck!

The layman summary is this: scheduling got fucked with this session, need to figure out what I did wrong, but still planning to do things with and to this character, and no more 2D, not that bad, but I want character asset's I can recycle for later use.

My second experiment has not gone well. I did plan for this character to be the focus of a 2 week content block. but I was going experiment with my prep time to shorten work and prep windows. Have enough set for the first day and have the rest done during the upcoming week.

But I fucked up again with my scheduling, now I have to re-evaluate. I did this style of posting with 2d work before, but it never worked because I tried to build the track as it went along with no real buffer to work with, with creami pics from before I did well with prep, but had 4-5 weeks to set up everything excluding the character model(except for last minute rigging and outfit tweaks), it didn't do too great on average, but there was potential, and I thought I could do it again, but this time shorten my prep window to 1-2 weeks, and limit my post related to the session to 5-6 post with a ongoing surface narrative that goes somewhere.

it didn't work.

Now I'm going back to diagnostic mode,

Experiment 1, ok, moderate reception.

Experiment 2, so far, fucked. Might need to fall back to previous prep time allocation. and make stick to 3d. drawing's not bad, but I want a model ready to reuse for future animations, if successful, advance to Experiment 3.

29/1/25. there should be content ready for the week.

Let's be cautiously optimistic.

Nothing in life goes the way you expect. but unexplored paths may open to give you new options.

Don't fear time and the material, it just does what it nature dictates it to do. Study it, Master it, and in turn you'll master your own nature.

I'll still experimenting for the upcoming year. and I hope I'll be able to have something by the end of the week.

[EDIT 9/12/24] Another time where a 1 week project turns into a 2 or more week project. I am disappointed, and I am sorry.

[EDIT 18/12/24] Another delay, but this time it's medical. All wisdom teeth has been extracted and I'm taking a week off to recover, again I wish I can have someting out by now, but it seems I'm being told to take it easy by the powers that be, again sorry.

I'll keep it short. I've been absent because I was tinkering with things for 2025, and my experiments have took me longer than than I wanted to complete. I don't have anything to show right now, but in december, maybe.

Meanwhile expect a animation in the upcoming week. hopefully longer than the last

Look, I'm going to be honest. I don't know what next week will shape itself to be. I do know going forward I want all my content to be connect to a unified theme. meaning we're back to the experimentation until I get it right.

Meaning, you will see some metalheart/y2k-ish style content. So far everything has been chaos, I don't expect that to change, but at least it will be unified chaos

Oh yea, I also got a itaku account, I've had one for a while. I'd update the bio by the time this is read, so it'll be there.
